Yes Yes Y’all. This last Saturday the Sanguine Sunday crew felt some heat in the studio. Part of it was the weather, but most of it was us going international on the music tip with Z-Note dropping that Balkan boom and Honey Knucks doin it with some Latin and Afro soul-funk. And props to Shelmatic for featuring instrumentals by the Heliocentrics. Unfortunately, we had a power outage 10 minutes into the show and the recording and broadcasting of our 14th episode was lost! Despite this setback, the absence of Aisha, and the fact that Pirate Cat Cafe was doing a film screening of Weird Al’s UHF during our show, we still had a good time sweatin’ to some global rhythms. We apologize for the lost show, but we’ll be back with another international themed show. In the meantime, take this week and listen/relisten to one of our archived episodes.
