Honey Knuckles

Hi there, I was biking past Golden Gate park last weekend and your sound caught my ear, but I couldn’t stop because some jerk in a car was honking at me.  You probably touched the ears of many bikers that day, but I was the DJ on the yellow and black bike with the awesome hair.  I was wearing a turquoise shirt with a fuzzy boombox on it.

It’s been a week, and all I can think of is your amazing sound.  The syncopated groove and funky rhythms ignited my soul, but you really had me when that electro-boogie break hit.  You’re like the forbidden love child of James Brown and the Stanton Warriors,  abandoned at birth, adopted by Bill Withers, but ran away from home to do drugs and hang out with Prince and Flying Lotus.  I must meet you.  We will be the greatest of friends.  You’ll find me djing around the city and dancing anywhere from bboy circles to dubstep parties. Please meet me this Saturday at Pirate Cat Radio cafe on 21st and Florida; I will be sending out audio waves in your name.  See below for my picture.
